Customer Guide
Welcome to our customer guide. This section has been designed to clearly explain our residential snow removal procedures, including the distances to be respected for efficient and safe service.
Distance between the street and the car
To ensure effective snow removal during the night, it is essential to leave a clearance of at least 6 feet between your vehicle and the street.
This space allows our equipment to maneuver safely and perform a complete, unobstructed cleaning. By maintaining this minimum distance, you contribute to faster, safer, and better service, while reducing the risk of snow snagging or accumulation around your vehicle.

Distance between the street and the carport
To facilitate snow removal operations, it is important to maintain a minimum clearance of 6 feet between the street and your carport.
This clearance allows our machinery to move freely and clean efficiently without the risk of damaging your shelter. By maintaining this distance, you help prevent excessive snow accumulation and ensure safe, fast, and quality service, even during periods of heavy precipitation.
Distance between car and parking
Following our first visit, we ask that you completely vacate the parking lot before 8:00 a.m. to allow our operations to run smoothly.
Additionally, to ensure safe access and facilitate the work of our teams, we ask that you park your vehicles at least 8 feet from the parking lot boundary. This clearance is essential to allow our equipment to maneuver without obstruction and perform a complete and efficient job.
By following these instructions:
-
You contribute to a faster and better executed service
-
You reduce the risk of snagging or material damage
-
You facilitate the safety of our teams and your property

Distance to clear
As part of our interventions, it is important to note that our vehicles require a minimum vertical clearance of 10 feet to circulate and operate safely.
We therefore ask you to trim any branches or vegetation overhanging access roads or parking areas that could hinder the passage or operation of our equipment.
Preventive pruning allows:
-
Avoid damage to vehicles or trees
-
To ensure smooth and safe snow removal
-
To prevent interruptions or delays in the service
We thank you for carrying out this maintenance as soon as possible, ideally before the start of winter operations.
