The tractor has been serviced, the route optimized, and our operator trained to provide a fast, safe, and consistent service throughout the winter.

As indicated in your contract, our official snow removal operations will begin on November 15, 2025.
However, to ensure optimal service from the very first snowfall, our team took advantage of the recent flurries to perform a complete round of tests on our machinery and routes.

This step allows us to:

• Verify that all our equipment (tractor, snowblower, GPS system, etc.) is functioning perfectly

• Adjust our routes to guarantee efficient and safe service for every client

Thank you all for your understanding and continued trust. Your peace of mind remains our top priority, and we’ll be 100% ready to respond as of November 15 no matter the time or weather.

❄️ Official Start of Our First Snow Removal Season

It is officially the beginning of our very first snow removal season, and our entire team is already prepared to respond. We are closely monitoring snowfall to ensure fast, safe, and consistent service throughout the winter.

📏 Operation Start: 5 cm

We would like to remind you that we begin operations only once 5 cm of snow has accumulated, as indicated in your contract.

🌨️ How a Snowstorm Works: What to Expect

To provide efficient service from start to finish, here is how we proceed during each snowstorm:

1️⃣ First Pass (during the storm)
We perform a quick initial pass to ensure you can leave your home safely.
We do not stop operations as long as the snow continues to fall.

2️⃣ Final Pass (after the municipal plow)
Once the storm is over and after the city plow has passed, we return for the final pass.
You will receive a text message asking you to move your vehicles so we can clean your driveway properly.

Your driveway will be cleared in time for your morning departure, and finishing touches will be completed as needed.

⚠️ Possible Delays in Major Storms

During significant snowstorms, delays may occur due to weather conditions. Rest assured that we will do everything possible to maintain consistent and efficient service.
